I've started a workout regimen. Finally! I don't really like working out, but I found some convenient exercises to do: heel lifts, crunches, pushups, squats. I haven't started on doing the last ones, though.
Today: 125 heel lifts, 25 crunches
Yesterday: 125 heel lifts, 25 crunches, 10 pushups
Day Before: 100 heel lifts, 25 pushups
Wooo! I think I may even go down to the gym.. I guess the main reason I don't like working out somewhere other than my room is because I need to wear gym clothes.. :[ What are those, exactly?? D:
